March began in celebratory style as our Creative Director, Mark, turned 27! We treated him to a number of surprises including balloons, banners, cakes (and presents of course!).

Earlier this month, we were delighted to announce the launch of our brand new mentorship scheme! Callum Finn, 16, is the first person to join us under this scheme. Originally from Warrington, Callum’s passion and proficiency in branding immediately caught the eye of our Directors who are always looking for local talented digital enthusiasts. March 14th saw the acquisition of leading recruitment company, HVAC Recruitment. Established in 2005 by Rob Phillips, HVAC Recruitment boast over 20 years’ experience supplying candidates to the HVAC Maintenance and Facilities Management sectors. The new website will be designed and developed with a heavy focus on looking corporate and approachable, yet creative, and have a simple user experience. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store now it’s gone into design, watch this space!
Mid-month we thought it a great time to sit back and take stock of all the hard-work the team had put in over the last couple of weeks and the results it had realised. On March 16, we stopped the play slightly early and treated the team to a well deserved drink.
