2nd February: It’s doughnut day!
We began the month the only way we know how… with a dozen doughnuts, of course! Josh treated the team to a plethora of Krispy Kreme’s to reward everyone for their hard-work the month before. Little did we know that we’d acquire a new team member along the way! Everyone, meet Arnold…
6th February: A new website for leading recruitment platform, ThatRecruit, goes live!
February 6 saw the launch of a brand new website for leading recruitment platform, ThatRecruit. Back in November, we were approached by ThatRecruit to both design and build a fully-functioning website that both reflected and facilitated their leading-industry presence. 8th February: Construction giants, Vermont, choose Kolodo to overhaul digital presence
On February 8th, we were over the moon to announce that North-West based construction giants, Vermont, had chosen us to renew their website and work with them on their digital strategy. As part of the project, we will be overhauling their current website to ensure unparalleled usability, optimum page speed and improved search engine visibility to name a few. We can’t wait to show you what we have planned. Watch this space…
12th February: We hosted our very first Instagram competition!
In celebration of our 200th Instagram post, we offered one lucky person the chance to win a handful of hours with our design, development and digital marketing experts OR the all-new Amazon Echo Dot (2nd Generation). We were overwhelmed by the entries received and were pleased to announce Justin Japay as the lucky winner on 21st February! Congratulations again, Justin! We hope you enjoy your prize!
21st February: Kolodo get featured on Prolific North website
Boasting around 100,000 unique visitors a month, Prolific North is dubbed the ‘go-to place’ for breaking news and features on the fastest-growing, creative industries of Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and the remainder of the North. Last month, we were lucky enough to be featured in the Prolific North Profile section, where you can keep up to date with our latest news, view our accreditations and browse our recent testimonials. 22nd February: Masterchef winner, Anton Piotrowski, picks Kolodo
A few months back, we were awarded the contract to design and build a fully-functioning yet beautiful website for Anton Piotrowski’s recently launched restaurant, Röski. February saw the launch of the website which we think is a beautiful online representative of the much-loved local-diner. You can check it out, here.

28th February: Josh selected as global judge for CSS Design Awards
The month ended just as it began, with a bang! On 28th February, we were delighted to announce that our very own Josh Diamond had been invited to join the judging panel at prestigious, international awards platform – CSS Design Awards. He said: “I’m delighted to be asked to join the judges panel for 2018 […] Running a digital agency every day means I’m as close as it gets to web design and development […] and I can’t wait to use this first-hand knowledge to review the outstanding work in our industry.”

We’re asked almost every day to put together a proposal or quote for a new piece of work. This is often followed by us asking for a brief to make sure we understand what the client is looking to achieve.
