The Background

For more than 25 years, Zest Bathrooms & Kitchens have been supplying design-led, high quality kitchens and bathrooms to both commercial and domestic customers.

With a leading reputation within the industry but a digital presence that lacked strong branding, detailed commercial case studies, imagery and a clear marketing strategy, Zest approached us in order to overhaul and redefine their image so to align with their current industry stature.

The Brief

Beginning with an initial discovery phase, and working through persona development, content auditing, and benchmarking, we laid the groundwork and began by developing an all-encompassing strategy in order to build a high-performance, intuitive and engaging new presence.

Bolstered by a full re-branding, including a refreshed visual identity, new logo and brand style guide, we created an existence that would propel Zest, and help them appeal to both the corporate and domestic customer.

The Branding

As the chosen supplier for a number of large commercial projects across the North West and beyond, Zest were in need of strong, clear and instantly recognisable brand.

Beginning with a clean slate, we proposed a revolutionary brand that would catapult Zest into the premium sector, attracting large scale commercial and domestic clients.

The logo needed to be adaptable, and ultimately able to use across a number of different marketing mediums, both online and offline.

The Website

Using unparalleled User Experience Design tied with the qualitative and quantitative learnings gathered in the discovery phase, the website was optimised to provide visitors with ease of access, and clear pathways to the content that mattered most to them, regardless of their device.

With multiple personas and use-cases all catered to, the intuitive redesign paired with a refreshed brand and style guide made for a memorable website experience that resonated with the target audience(s). This resulted in four noteworthy awards including 'Best Innovation' and 'Best UI and UX Design'

As well as constructing the beautiful front-end of the site, we built a custom integration for their chosen CMS, ultimately simplifying their entire lead generation process.

Digital Strategy

In the lead-up to the launch of the new website, we've been working with Zest to refine a full-service marketing strategy to ensure constantly impressive results are delivered.

From continuous conversion rate optimisation, to organic search, paid search advertising, social media, email, digital PR and events, we're looking forward to seeing Zest flourish as the leader in their sector.

We felt straight away that Kolodo understood the brief, and what we wanted to achieve online. The website has provided a great digital presence for both the commercial and domestic customer. We are extremely pleased with the final result, and winning four awards for it was the icing on the cake! Following launch, we're now working with Kolodo on our wider marketing strategy.
